1. How to Order: As you are looking over our catalog pages, have a pencil and paper handy
 and when you see an item you want to order, jot down the number and name.
 Then call us to place your order using your credit card - 859-654-8100.

 If you would like to pay by check or Money Order, call us with your items, we will figure your discount
 and freight and call you back with the amount. We will ship your order after receiving your check.

2. Discounts:  $ 39.99  &  Under No Discount
                               $ 40.00   to 149.99   20%
                               $ 150.00 to 299.00 30%
                               $ 300.00 & Up       50%  (and you have the option of becoming an Ann's Club Member)

3: Shipping policy:   Freight charges are added to your net order. We ship via DHL. If you receive breakage on your order, call us with the information, keep the box and contents for possible inspection.  We will file the claim from here and replace your mold.
